Why do the government still allow the distribution of cigarettes and alcohol despite its campaign against it

 

Despite the campaign against cigarettes and alcohol, the goverment continues to allow distribution and selling of such products because of the profit. The government profit millions of money  because of the taxes it pays. Alcohol and cigarrete are one of the most bought products daily and it adds to the countries economic finances. Especially now that the Sin Tax Law had been implemented increasing the taxes which means more money to fund government projects amd etc.
